Not all Drivers are relevant. Filtered by Enduring Tasks owned by the Enterprise to ensure direct relevance to its Mission. Drivers are prioritized based on relative importance to achieving Enterprise Goals and Vision.
Relevant Drivers present Challenges to the Enterprise. Challenge is a “demanding or stimulating situation” or a “call to engage in a contest or fight”.
Challenges are conditions that apply to the Opportunities for Enterprise Transformation. Challenges represent the obstacles or roadblocks to success. Assessed for their feasibility in being addressed. Assessed for relative impact on transformation and achieving enterprise goals.
