SYSML2_ — Incorrect declaration of parameters on actions

In subclause 7.16.1 Table 14 examples "Actions Compartment" and "Perform Actions Compartment" have outdated notation using parentheses for parameter notation in actions compartments.

It is suggested to remove those parameter declarations.

As described in issue, the parameter syntax using parentheses is indeed no longer valid. The issue suggests to remove the parameter declarations, which is in line with graphical BNF production actions-compartment-element in subclause 8.2.3.16.
