SYSML21 — SampledFunctions::interpolateLinear is not correct

    SampledFunctions::interpolateLinear:

    • The index selects the first sample ≤ value instead of the last one (for increasing domains).
    • Linear returns upper.rangeValue at value = lower.domainValue. For example, at the lower sample’s domain value, it returns the upper sample’s range value instead of the lower one.
