SYSML21 — Specification does not state if an element is abstract

    I have not checked all entries but it seems that Chapter 9 does not mention if a library element is abstract or not.

    For example, clause 9.6.2.2.1: Derivation is abstract in the .sysml file. Actually, it shouldn't, otherwise the implicit specialization semantic metadata mechanism does not work.

    Clause clause 9.6.2.2.2: derivations is also abstract but it is not mentioned in the specification.
