SYSML21 — Graphical syntax for connections multiplicity is not consiatent

    Currently end multiplicities (cross multiplicities) are notated as seprate label attached to the connection (Like in UML/SysML V1).
    This is inconsistent with the rest of SysML V2 multiplicity visualizations that are attached to the feature names; e.g. 'wheels[4..8]'

    Both the representative notation tables (clause 7.13) and the GBNF (8.2.13/14) shall be corrected to align with that convention.
