SYSML21 — Problems with the resolution to SYSML21-324

Issue SYSML21-324 identified that Flows::messages and Flows::flows subsetted each other. The RTF approved resolution SYSML21-614 for this issue in Ballot #3. The resolution called for changing the keyword used in Flows::flows and Flows::successionFlows from message to flow.

Unfortuately, this does not solve the problem identified in SYSML21-324. As described in the issue, the problem is that Flows::messages has owned ends, which means that, despite the message keyword in its definition, it has an implied subsetting of flows. The adopted resolution SYSML21-614 doesn't fix this.
