SYSML21 — Missing productions for "assert not"

There do not appear to be any graphical productions to represent the graphical equivalent of the "assert not" (or "assert not constraint") sets of keywords in the assert-constraint-name-compartment and assert-edge productions. There should also be examples in the Representative Notation Table for Constraints, Table 19.
