SYSML21 — Missing productions for "not satisfy"

    There do not appear to be any graphical productions to represent the graphical equivalent of the "not satisfy" (or "not satisfy requirement") sets of keywords in the satisfy-requirement-name-compartment and satisfy-edge productions. There should also be examples in the Representative Notation Table for Requirements, Table 20.
