SYSML21 — GBNF should allow more flexibility with Graphica compartments

    Currently GBNF only allows specific graphical compartments for specific nodes. For example, a part can only have an interconnection compartment.
    An action allows only an action-flow compartment.
    There shall be no constraint on the kinds of graphical compartments allowed in a node, and also the number of graphical compartments
