SYSML21 — Definition::ownedMetadata and Usage::nestedMetadata have incorrect subsettings

Approved resolution SYSML21-569 to issue SYSML21-419 changes the derivations of Definition::ownedMetadata and Usage::nestedMetadata to be based on ownedMember, not ownedUsage and nestedUsage. However, the resolution didn't change the subsetting relationships for ownedMetadata and nestedMetadata. These are modeled as subsetting ownedItem and nestedItem, respectively, which is no longer correct.

Note. The properties in question are specified in 8.3.6.2 Definition and 8.3.6.4 Usage. However, they appear in the diagram in Figure 54 Metadata Definition and Usage in 8.3.27.1 Overview (of Metadata Abstract Syntax).
