The follwing sentence seems to have two letters to many:
A perform action usage is an action usage that specifies that an action is performed by the owner of the performed action usage.
The performedAction is the action referenced by the PerformActionUsage. The owner of this ActionUsage is irrelevant. The owner of the PerformActionUsage could be a part, in which case it lists the PerformActionUsage among its performedActions. So, it is the performer of them (constraint checkPerformActionUsageSpecialization).
