SYSML21 — Out-of-date term MIME type should be renamed Media Type

In subclause 9.3.5.2.2 in the specification of the model library element Image the outdated term "MIME type" is used twice. This should be replaced with "Media Type" as defined in IETC RFC 9694 (https://www.rfc-editor.org/info/rfc9694) and the IANA registry at https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/media-types.xhtml#image .
