SYSML21 — is allocation compartment correct?

    In Table 13. Allocations it says in the Allocated Compartment

    from part1.part1a to part2.part2a

    this is wrong as the textual notation is part1 to part 3 and part3 to part2 so it is
    wrong... and missing an allocation (there are two of them)...
    and should it be from and to... or allocate and to?
