    Resolution SYSML2_-400 to FTF2 issue SYSML2_-159 called for updates to the constraints `validateAcceptActionUsageParameters` and `validateSendActionParameters`. However, these updates were not made in the final SysML 2.0 specification (see 8.3.17.2 AcceptActionUsage and 8.3.17.15 SendActionUsage).
