SYSML21 — Incorrect qualified names instead of feature chaining in swimlane examples

In subclause 7.17.1, Table 15, example "Perform Actions Swimlanes", qualified names are used for nested actions and parts. Those should be written as nested features, i.e. using the feature chaining dot notation. The reason is that the model should capture the whole path that ultimately identifies the action usage or part usage at its tail.

Specifically in the graphical notation, part0::action0, part0::part1 and part0::part2 should replaced with part0.action0, part0.part1 and part0.part2.
