SYSML2 — User-defined keywords are not allowed on enumeration definitions

    The BNF in 8.2.2.8 Enumerations Textual Notation does not allow user-defined keywords on EnumerationDefinitions, even though nested metadata feature annotations are allowed in both cases. (Note that the syntax for EnumerationUsages does allow for user-defined keywords.)
