SYSML2 — Change the table header of the overview tables in the mapping class specification chapters

The table headers state that the rows list SysML v1 and v2 concepts. Actually, they only list stereotype and metamodel elements but not all the concepts. For example, the part property is not listed because it is not a SysML v1 stereotype but only a concept.

Update the table header of the table in the overview sections

Change all table headers of the mapping overview tables, which are located in the overview sections of the mapping specifications in chapters 7.7 and 7.8.
