SYSML2 — "Elements not mapped" table sections are empty

All sections in the specification that end with "elements not mapped" should list tables of elements that are not considered by the transformation including a rationale. The tables are listed in the List of Tables of the document.

As a table or in an alternative presentation form, the information about unmapped elements should be described in the appropriate sections of the specification.

Remove empty "Elements not mapped" sections

The tables listing the UML4SysML and SysML v1 elements that are not mapped by transformation were not in the submitted specification due to a failure in the document generation. However, the issue refers to the initial submitted version of the transformation document. They tables are back in the updated official SysML v2 transformation document ad/2023-03-06.

Only two sections 7.7.4.2 and 7.7.11.2 are empty which is correct since there are no unmapped elements. The sections can be removed completely from the document.
