SYSML13 — SysML 1.2 - Blocks

It’s not clear whether the notation for static is part of SysML or not.

Restore the version of the diagram in the "Block" row of Table 8.1, "Graphical nodes
defined in Block Definition diagrams" which was adopted by a resolution of Issue
10381 by the SysML 1.0 FTF.
See the SysML 1.0 FTF Report, published as OMG document ptc/2007-03-19, for the
original resolution of Issue 10381. This issue included an updated version of the
diagram in the "Block" row of Table 8.1, specifically modified to include an example
of a static feature.
In the SysML 1.0 FTF convenience documents, OMG documents ptc/2007-02-03 and
ptc/2007-02-04, this diagram appeared as adopted by Issue 10381, but in the final
SysML 1.0 formal specification, published as OMG document formal/2007-09-01, and
in all subsequent SysML revisions, the underline of the newly added "property5"
property, which indicates a static feature, no longer appears.
Restore the underline of "property5" in this diagram as originally adopted by the
resolution of Issue 10381.
