As this compartment follows the ibd format, it should contain parts not blocks

Change Block2 and Block3 to :Block2 and :Block3

The original SysML submission document, published as OMG document ptc/2006-
05-04 as the Final Adopted Specification, and the SysML 1.0 FTF convenience
documents, all had the following version of the diagram in the Structure
Compartment row of Table 8.1, "Graphical nodes defined in Block Definition
diagrams":

The current but incorrect version, of this diagram, however, appeared in the final
SysML 1.0 formal specification, published as OMG document formal/2007-09-01,
apparently as a result of reauthored graphics after Visio version incompatibilities.
Replace the current, incorrect version of this diagram by its original version, with
slight cleanup of its formatting.
