    Fig. 15.11 was deleted in SysML 1.2, removing redundancy with Annex B.
    Fig. B.37 (Fig. C.37 in SysML 1.3) is the same figure, but the issue noted here was
    fixed in the resolution to Issue 11497 in SysML 1.2.
