    In the second bullet under the Scope section (ptc/2009-12-10), it reads”

    “ยท Specifying services including the functional capabilities they provide, what capabilities consumers are expected to provide , the protocols or rules for using them, and the service information exchanged between consumers and providers.”

    Shouldn't it be "...what capabilities providers are expected to provide [or support]..." or possibly "...what capabilities consumers are expecting [to receive]..."?
