Scope can be specified by a class, a stereotype or a name and description. The introductory text in 10.4 for Scope class only mentions the class attribute. The text needs to be generalized to allow stereotype or name+description use instead.

Modify discussion about informal scope to include the situation where the measure designer understands the semantics of the measure's domain, but does not know the details of the MOF model for the domain.
