SMM11 — Remove getters of properties in the meta-model

    “Getters” for properties in the meta-model are redundant and unnecessary. For example SmmRelationship::getFrom(). These operations should be removed. This issue supersedes 15476 (because that issue was balloted originally as “duplicate / merged”, suggesting that the removal of such “getters” was already done as part of migration to CMOF. But that does not make sense.)
