SMM11 — SMM should use MOF 2.4.1

SMM should use MOF 2.4.1.

This makes it easier to create the metamodel (the UML model can be used largely as-is) and is required for compatibility with VDML which is dependent on SMM.

Export UML 2.4.1 XMI from Enterprise Architect (the source tool as used for SMM 1.0), which will retain the SMM diagrams going forward and allow inclusion of the other fixes (it covers issue 19720, as SMM 1.1 will use CMOF, and does e.g. enable resolution of issue 17471).
As part of this, and the correct application of CMOF for meta-modeling, according to MOF 2.4.1, name any unnamed property or association in the model, and for any property that has visibility “private”, change it to visibility “public”. Also, name any unnamed operation return parameter in the model, provide return parameter type where omitted, and for any such parameter that has visibility “private”, change it to visibility “public”.
