SMM11 — Add missing containment relation from SmmElement to SmmRelationship

Summary:
This issue addresses a relation that in the diagram that was not documented in the specification.

Discussion:
The architecture board as recommended that we add the necessary documentation change to describe a missing containment relation in the specification.

Summary of change:
• In the documentation for SmmElement, in the Associations sub-section, add the following new element:
ownedRelation:SmmRelationship[0..*] Primitive SMM relationships that originate from the current SmmElement.

Discussion:
Containment at this level of abstraction (SmmElement is so broad, and so is SmmRelationship) is not meaningful. Even when one would want it, it should then be properly defined via properties that are derived unions, based on properties (at specialized level) that are their subsets. The association is very under-defined in the meta-model. It did not even have names for its ends. Hence the inconsistency has better be resolved the other way round: by removing the association from the meta-model also. This is done per resolution of issue 19602.
