SMART — collapse TakeInstant and DeliveryInstant

    The IDL in Section 3.4 contains struct TakeInstant and struct DeliveryInstant containing the same subfields. These types should be replaced by a single struct Instants (the plural because it is not just one single instant).
    Thus the functions ReadDeliveryInstant() and ReadTakeInstant() should also be renamed to ReadDeliveryInstants() and ReadTakeInstants().
    The description in Section 3.5 has to be changed too
