Correction of Unintended Effect of Issue 9475 Resolution ISSUE DESCRIPTION: There was an unintended effect of the Issue 9475 Resolution that was approved in Ballot 2 which removed the longstanding definitions of Structural Rule and Structural Rule Statement when they should have been kept as second definitions. The removal of these two definitions was not discussed explicitly either in meetings or on the SBVR FTF email list. The removal of these definitions was not explicitly shown in the Issue 9475 editing instructions that were submitted to ballot. In addition, the team agreed, with regard to another related point, not to make changes under Issue 9475 that affected Issue 9613. SUGGESTED RESOLUTION; Restore these two definitions as they appeared before the Issue 9475 Resolution was applied as second definitions; not to make them permanent, but so they can be dealt with as needed under the other open SBVR Issues.
