    Exceptions – It has been pointed out by Markus and others that SBVR does not currently address "exceptions" adeqately in its discussion of practicable elements of guidance (e.g., rules). This is a significant omission. I believe this warrants a new section - 12.4. I will circulate a draft separately, as requested by the team in last Wednesday's meeting. Note that resolution to this issue depends on the new 12.3 material on Authorizations. The good news is that as for "Authorizations", nothing new is really required for SBVR.
