Omissions, additions and errors discovered in the final cleanup of the SACM 2.4 document.

Address omissions and errors and make appropriate additions. Specifically: change all uses of Supertype to Superclass; make sure all Associations are changed to AssociationEnds; fix three diagrams that don’t have lines from comments showing as dotted lines; only use inferred and inferrer for GSN constructs; change spelling to EnumerationLiterals, and make sure there is consistent use of italics, bullets, and inv: preamble for constraints.
