Summary:
In C++ implementation, the element types should be a pointer or reference to enable homomorphism. It means that we need dynamic memory allocation/deallocation for data passing, making the implementation very difficult, such as for identifying real instance type or for copying data. C++ PSM part of RLS Spec. should be corrected into pointer type not to make the developers confusing.
