    The note in Table 7.35 - UniformGaussian class says "Dimensions of the cov attribute derived from class Gaussian shall all be equal to 1. That is, nRow = nCol = 1." However, as a covariance matrix is diagonal from its definition, the number of rows/columns shall be more than one (starting from two).
