Summary:
8.4.6 introduces a <<>> syntax with an example whereby <<id>> provides the UML isID identification. The syntax appears as part of a general <<IDENTIFIER,IDENTIFIER>> syntax so presumably there may be many idenientofioers not just the "id" special case. Surely the IDENTOFOER should at least be a qualified name to identify the package and surely "id" should be qualified to indicate that it is from a UML namespace and should be spelled in accordance with UML spelling?
