OCL <= 2.4 does not. QVTo's grammar defines '% as a mult_op, perhaps just as the format shorthand, there are certainly no defined semantics such as what data types are applicable, how zero is accommodated.

(Eclipse QVTo does not provide any % operator.)

Suggest, delete the confusing sentence.
