QVT14 — QVTo : Unclear collection test shorthand

    8.4.5 2 states "if a collection value is passed there is an implicit comparison with the size of the collection."

    This is clearly not the intent: no Collection can ever equal its size.

    Presumably the intent is to treat if (aCollection) as a shorthand for if (aCollection->notEmpty()).

    Suggest that all shorthands are spelled out explicitly in longhand.
