Summary:
An entire Module may be declared as blackbox using the isBlackbox attribute. Whereas it is obvious that a blackbox transformation consists of its signature only (name + model parameters) as it doesn't include any operations, what is a blackbox library? If it doesn't include operations as well, it is useless because it has no effective signature.
If the isBlackbox attribute is useful for transformations only, should it be moved from Module to OperationalTransformation?
