    Annex D has several OWL examples that use the rdf:resource attribute in which the attribute's value is, I think, meant to be prefixed with a "#". For example, in Table D-7,

    <rdfs:domain rdf:resource="Course"/>

    should be:

    <rdfs:domain rdf:resource="#Course"/>
