OCL25 — Missing Real::= overload

  • Summary:

    Issue 14918 went most of the way to clarifying '=' behaviour.

    But the Real::'=' and Real::'<>' overloads were omitted.

    Consequently the fix to ensure that 1.0 = 1
    evaluates to true when (1.0 <= 1) and (1.0 >= 1) will evaluate true is missing.
