    Rationale
    Sections 6.1 and 6.2 contain some repetitive and non-confirmed information (regarding the evolution of the dictionary). There is also some information that is not directly relevant to CM4PM as such (the way the dictionary will be populated). I suggest to have these sections re-written into a single new (condensed) section.
