MDMI_ — The property and datatype qualifier in the ConversionRule class are inappropriate

    The attributes, propertyQualifier and dataTypeQualifier, refer specifically to dictionary terms in a UN/CEFACT dictionary and are meant to say these terms are all that are legal in a conversion. The specificity and use of these attributes is muddled. They should be removed.
