MDMI_ — page 5 section 7 - general comment

This chapter contains again a lot of repetition with parts from section 6. Wouldn't it be better to combine chapters 6 and 7 and make sure that all relevant information is mentioned exactly once and at the right level of detail.

Changed text in section 7.1.2 to reflect the use of uniqueIdentifiers to perform mapping at runtime. Deleted old section 7.1.3 as it is not consistent with the uniqueIdentifier approach. Also deleted the redundant section 7.1.4 section on bilateral mapping and added some of that content to section 6.2.4 (old section 6.3.3)
