MARTE_ — MARTE profile-library interdependency should be revised and enhanced

MARTE profile-library interdependency should be revised and enhanced to ease implementation. Particularly, the MARTE primitive types packages should be used (imported) by the whole MARTE profile and MARTE Libraries. Currently, this aspect is not clear enough, and some parts use UML primitive types while others MARTE primitive types. In addition, establishing well-defined high level packages would help avoiding circular dependencies. For example, MARTE data types library use NFPs and VSL profiles, but MARTE defines NFPs profile in a high level package called Foundations, which has other internal packages that import the MARTE data types libraries. A better grouping criteria should remove interdependencies when implementing MARTE.

This issue requires an important restructuring of MARTE. We propose to defer it
to the RTF
