KERML11 — Weak reference for Association Structure

The first sentence of the first paragraph of the 7.4.5.3 section is "Association structures are both associations and structures (see 7.4.4 on structures), ", with an hyperlink on the 7.4.4 string. This reference is very far from the affirmation that Association structures are both Association and Structure.

I propose to use "8.3.4.4.1 Overview" or "Figure 26. Associations" in the "8.3.4.4 Associations Abstract Syntax" section, instead of it. It shows clearly the double relationship.
