KERML11 — Text on optional lower bound is not consistant with Clause 8.2.5.11 of same document

The text,

"A multiplicity range can also be written without the lower bound (or ..). In this case, the result of the single
expression is used as both the lower and upper bound of the range, unless the result is the infinite value *, in which
case the lower bound is taken to be 0."

Replace "(or ..)" with "(and ..)" to match the EBNF in Clause 8.2.5.11. The text then should read,

"A multiplicity range can also be written without the lower bound (and ..). In this case, the result of the single
expression is used as both the lower and upper bound of the range, unless the result is the infinite value *, in which
case the lower bound is taken to be 0."

This correction applies to Version 1.1 Beta 1 (Release 2026-05) of the Kernel Modeling Language as well.
