SYSMOAS11 — provide a high level language level API

    Currently the API processes JSON blobs.
    it requires to provide a full JSON with the relevant relationships and it is extremely cumbersome to construct that.
    Proposal to have a an API that allows to construct a model via API that provides the same level of abstraction as the textual syntax.
    e.g create_partdef, create_part, connect
