I don't belive the diagram visually distinguishes between static policy enforcement and dynamic, real-time updates, which I believe is the key concept of this section. See section 14.1.2 above.
Suggest: Modify Figure 2 to include a visual indicator (such as dashed arrows or a clock icon) to highlight the real-time adaptability aspect of PAP and policy enforcement."
