HDATA — Inconsistent spelling for extensionId in parameter list for 6.2.2

    6.2.2 POST ­ Parameters:extensionID, path, name

    But the body of the section defines the 'extensionId' parameter with different spelling.

    This should be consistent with created sub-section as defined in 6.4.2.1 which uses extensionId in all occurrences.

    extensionID should be corrected and renamed to "extensionId".
