Summary:
In places in the specification the Octet type from the RTC specification is used. For example, in 7.4.5.1 "HAL Component". Additionally, this type is then mapped by 7.5.1.1.2 to a 32-bit signed integer, which is not what is implied by the name "octet" (i.e. a byte). Instead of pulling in the RTC specification for an octet type that is not used correctly, a "byte" should be specified, which is then mapped to uint8_t in the C PSM.
