HAL4RT — Return Code HAL_NO_CONNECTED should be NOT_CONNECTED or NO_CONNECTION

    In the section 7.3 Return Codes, the return code type and some return codes are defined in Table 7.3. One of the return code "HAL_NO_CONNECTED" naming is not grammatically correct. It should be "HAL_NO_CONNECTION" or "HAL_NOT_CONNECTED."
