GEMS16 — Terminology between picture and text is confusing

    In section 8.2.3, figure mentions a 'sequence number', though text that follows uses the term of 'transaction number'.

    Use of sequence number implies it is incrementing whereas transaction number does not. This is causing confusion about how the field is to be used.
